UDisc releases “Report for Intimidation” feature to their App

Talking with a spokesperson for UDisc, we found out they released a new feature. This is what they had to say:

“We always have our ears to the ground of the disc golf community, and their needs”

“After recent events at some bigger tournaments, we’ve realized how frustrating it can be to have people on your card that seem a little on edge. That’s why we’ve introduced the “Report for Intimidation” feature as part of our pro features” – UDisc Spokesperson

We got an early look at some of the checkboxes for what the ‘Report an Intimidation’ feature offers:

☑️ My card mate looked at me the wrong way

☑️ They keep yelling at their disc to turn

☑️ My card mate doesn’t own a Zuca cart or a backpack

☑️ They only throw basic plastic

☑️ They think anything “Get Freaky” is stupid

The PDGA got wind of the new developments and had this to say, “We really believe this new feature by UDisc is something we will utilize more often in big play tournaments. It’s detrimental to make sure no one gets triggered by other players” – PDGA spokesperson.

“We realize this is a new feature and our checkboxes don’t offer something for every situation, but it’s a start”

There are definitely some excited developments taking place over at Udisc! We can’t wait to see what they release next!
