After the spike in popularity in disc golf during the pandemic, it looks like the PDGA is looking for some fresh ideas to get disc golf into the mainstream.
One of the podcast hosts from PDGA radio had this to say to us, “We’re going to reply to every single tweet by the president.”
Here’s the tweet in question:
“Eventually, he’ll have to see our tweet. That’s how it works.”
“Hopefully we can get into his DMs so we can catch a round in D.C.”
We’re still trying to verify if ‘getting into the presidents DMs’ is a viable marketing strategy.
We are impressed though, with the PDGA’s dedication to ‘grow the sport’ in whatever means possible.
